Biography
E. Wayne Hart, Ph.D. :
Dr. Hart is a Feedback and Coaching Manager, and Senior Faculty, at the Center's San Diego campus. After 7 years as a classroom teacher, he coached executives and entrepreneurs from 1975 to 1996. Additionally, during those years he co-founded and managed a large professional group, designed a healthcare management organization, developed and sold an out-source information management system, served as president of a small oil trading corporation, and provided both clinical and forensic psychological services. He also served on non-profit and for-profit boards. During 1996-1998 he launched an environmental technology company that he co-founded with an inventor. He joined the Center as a Feedback Coach in Feb. 1999, became faculty full time in Nov. 1999, and accepted his management role in April 2000. Dr. Hart holds a B.A. in Literature, M.A.s in management and psychology, a Ph.D. in psychology, and a California Psychology License. Additionally, he has been certified as a Teaching Member of the International Transactional Analysis Association. Dr. Hart has published Conquer Your Fears (Accelerated Development) and Key Relationship Questions (self), Choosing an Executive Coach (CCL), Using Your Executive Coach (CCL), and over a dozen articles in professional journals. He has given keynote/motivational speeches for ASTD, the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists, California Psychological Association, Professional Coaches & Mentors Association, and the Personal and Professional Coaching Association, among others, and served four yearsas a master of ceremonies for the Inside Edge, Orange County, CA. |
